Agent/Boots on the ground Orlando

We have very strong marketing efforts and need agents/boots on the ground in Orlando and surrounding areas. We have 2 - 5 appts per week where we need someone to take pics, meet with buyers & sellers, some times lock a deal up and we have a ton of listing referrals. We pay 5% of net for just taking pics and meeting with buyers if you have to help lock the deal up we pay 10% of the net if we refer you a listing lead we would like a referral fee.
