Brew City REI Training Cafe--WISCONSIN
The Brew City REI Training Cafe is a local community co-op of real estate education, offering real estate training through a menu of paid workshops, webinars, tools and coaching provided by a variety of members from the Brew City REI Club and designed to fit every budget.
Create your own training and continuing education program and choose who coaches you. This is a co-op of real estate training from actual active investors all investing in Greater Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Sheboygan and all areas of Wisconsin. By having a variety of esteemed real estate investors/professionals on the menu, it provides a free market, competitive atmosphere that encourages coaches and the programs offered to be optimal.
The menu also features flat rate MLS listings, flat rate real estate contracts, real estate photography, contractors and a variety of other tools.
***Coaches must have a proven record of a minimum of 20 profitable real estate transactions.
