Hi, I am a growing real estate investor looking for capital partner.  I have a large portfolio and steady pipeline of deals.  I can offer on the ground presence in a market that is growing and has cash flowing properties.  I am specifically seeking a capital partner that has funds available for a project starting in the next few weeks, with an investment of 100-150k as a loan, secured by lien position.
