I have a successful flip under my belt that profited over $30,000 and recently bought a 4-plex! I'm in the game and want to keep rockin' and rollin'. What better place to rock and roll than Cleveland! I have a great agent in the area and an awesome contractor. I can find great deals but just need some help with funding.
