Looking for a good hard money lender
Have a solid row house under contract in my area for 15k. Value at purchase is easily 30k. Develop the property and it could be worth between 50k to 60k. I'm looking for 15k for the purchase of the property. I have my own funds to renovate. I'm only looking to hold the funds for a maximum of 6 months.
