Flippers in the Chicago market
I am looking to partner with anyone interested in wholesaling in the Chicago real estate market. I can be available for all of the project management responsibilities, if you can fund the project. Depending on the project, we can split the profits. I am willing to perform all of the leg work and all of the supervision to insure that the work in completed on time and on budget.
