JOB DESCRIPTION: Seeking A ROCK-STAR Wholesaler That is currently closing a ton of deals!

We are in need of an expert, consultant-level wholesaler to help us build a "How To Wholesale" system from beginning to end.

We are looking for a hard working detail oriented wholesaler that has systems in place that reliably, and predictably gets contracts signed, and turn those contracts into money like clockwork.

COMPENSATION:

$5,000.- Full Contract

Location Address: Anywhere Local or Remote

Work Hours:

• We just need to get the job done within 2 months.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Of 5 Years Working As A Wholesaler With A Track Record Of Getting Deals Signed And Contracts Closed Using Systems (Not Just Winging It)
• Knowledge of accurately obtaining an ARV (After Repair Value)
• Knowledge of accurately obtaining an COR (Cost of Repairs)
• Wholesaling skills
• Basic Math Skills
