I'm constantly looking for good operators in the midwest or south who would like to team up!

Strategy: buy/fix/rent/refi/repeat (multi-unit preferred)

Buying Criteria:

1. Size: 100 - 360 units

2. Price: $2,500,000 – $20,000,000, per unit cost under $60K.

3. Location: secondary and tertiary markets

4. Class: C/B Property in a B/A neighborhood

5. At least 85% occupied

In order to qualify an opportunity, we would need the Current Rent Roll, Offering Memorandum, and last 12 months P & L. I currently own 3000 units and would be able to help qualify for a loan.
