Title Company: Any recommendations?

Good morning BP members,

I am looking for any good Title Company in the Dallas/Ft Worth Area. I would like to work with a title company that knows about assignment fees, double-closing and/or a real estate attorney in their team.

Any recommendations is greatly appreciated.

@Daniel Mendez if you mean, can work a transaction that uses "assignment fees" then that is ok. If you are looking for a title company to advise you on assignment fees....I won't have a suggestion for that.  But everything else can certainly be worked through with McKnight Title:

@Daniel Mendez, I am currently using Capital Title in Southlake, Closing at the end of the month. They have been very good. If all goes well at the end of the month without surprises I would recommend looking into working with them
