Hello,

I will be traveling to Indianapolis to build a team of realtors and property mangers to assist me to find both Single Family Homes and small residential properties (duplexes, tri-plex and quads) in the Indianapolis area. I would like to meet with other investors while I am in Indianapolis.

I am curious whether there are investor groups to network with while I am in Indianapolis.

I would like obtain recommendations from fellow investors who have personal experience with realtors or property managers in the Indianapolis area to assist me find property managers who have expertise in Section 8 as well as Class A, B and C neighborhoods. I prefer property managers which remembers of NARPM.

I will be arriving in Indianapolis next week.
