Kentucky financing needed
New to the Bluegrass State. I am an ER nurse from Los Angeles looking to scale into Frankfort, KY.
I was wondering if any of you fine people would be able to recommend any lenders that work with investors. Looking for construction loan type programs that will cover the cost of rehab and acquisition of property dependent on the ARV. If you could assist it would be greatly appreciated. Looking for conventional banks and credit unions to build long term relationship with.
