Searching for both a Mentor and Partner
Hi. My name is Michelle and I'm pretty new to BP. I'm jumping into the real estate world with one primary property in hand but would love to shadow someone that has experience in buy/hold/rental or flipping in order to start building my portfolio. I have done a ton of research, self-education and actually sold real estate (seems like a life-time ago) before becoming a teacher. I would ideally love to partner with someone either locally (Northern California) or in out-of-state purchases (I've been looking in FL and AL but am open to other areas too).
