Orlando Area Financing
Hello! I am in the Orlando Area and trying to obtain financing for Condos in the area. It is much more difficult than I thought! I have gone through the Bigger Pockets links (many of the companies have websites that do not work) and reached out to many companies and most have never responded (I figure that is a sign of how they will be at closing time) and the few that responded were for hard money loans or short term or need to own for 6 months or...... I plan to keep trying but I was wondering if anyone else had this problem or even better, have a great company they could recommend. I have even tried local banks and only one replied and after getting them all the info to apply they said it was delayed for one reason then another reason then they stopped replying, lol. Any help is greatly appreciated!
