Looking for Private Lender for Long Term Rental Properties
I am Deb Bandyopadhyay, an out of state investor. Looking for a private lender who can finance me the 100% amount of the sale price or full LTV. The price of the rental property will be from $45000 to $120000 max. I use Roofstock to buy and hold properties for long term cash flow and appreciations. Also, I make sure that the property is rented out. In addition to that, I will be needing a rehab loan also depending on the properties. There are different markets in Tennessee, Ohio, Florida, Indiana, Michigan etc. As if some lender is interested then it will be a long term relationship as I am looking to acquire properties one by one. I give more value to cash flow as then the mortgages will be also be paired and also the I will have some cash flow. The loan can be 10 to 30 years.
