I am a full time real estate agent in the Middle TN area & have partnered up with an investing company called TIG. We currently have 3 flip projects going with one currently under contract & 2 more soon to be put on the market. We have 2 in the Murfreesboro area & one currently in East Nashville which should be done within the next following weeks.
I am looking for EXPERIENCED wholesalers or investors who have OFF MARKET properties ready to sell. My partners & I are ready to sweep these off your feet ASAP. We are looking for anything in the Davidson, Rutherford or Wilson county areas. Could be 2+ bedrooms & 1+ bathrooms. What do you have that could interest us?
