Hello, my name is Alex and I live in Tucson, AZ. I'm new to real estate in the sense that I haven't done any deals yet. I have been reading, listening to podcasts, trying to figure out where I need to start. I am currently looking to purchase a quadplex to house hack as my first deal. Eventually I would like to own a combination of SFR and multifamily properties. I would also like to get into flipping. My ideal situation would be to purchase a property, rehab it, and either sell it or keep it as a buy and hold rental. I figure this is a great plan. If I can't sell it, I can still make a profit from a rental. This is my gaol and I've made a 5 year plan to reach that goal.

This is where I need help and can provide help. Let me be your "boots on the ground" in Tucson. I have a lot of free time and not a lot of money. I'm a quick learner, friendly, polite and overall a very nice guy. Don't get me wrong, I can be a bit of an *** as well. But who isnt? But I digress. I dont know what I'm doing and need some direction. Tell me what it is you need me to do for you, how you want things done and I will do my best to accomplish everything in a timely manner.
