ISO Cash Funding for Auction Purchase
Currently looking for an investor with access to cash to help fund a sheriff sale purchase. Sale date is 12/9/20. Property is in the greater Fort Wayne Indiana area (Markle). The home is in good condition, the owners are going through Ch7 bankruptcy. I've spoken to them, they claim there are no major issues with the home. Title search has been conducted, and I have the information for liens on the property.
I will be putting up around $150k of my own cash, looking for someone with another $150k. The plan is to refinance and make this our primary residence.
Wells County does not require payment until the following day, but I would want to make sure funds are secure before the sale. If you provide the cash, you'll be compensated regardless of the sale outcome.
