Help! Property Management Company just disappeared!

Hi,

I've had the same property management company in Phoenix for many years (I'm in North Carolina), and now I can't get through to them (since November). How do I switch companies for my two properties while being out of state, and if you have any recommendations for good management companies there, I'm open. Thanks for your help! Melanie
