Looking for best refinance Mortgage broker - california

Hello everyone,

I recently refinanced in oct my primary mortgage ($640k) in orange county california to 2.75% , 30 year fixed conventional with excellent credit and documented income.

I got an offer to refinance again this month by cash call to 2.375% with low to no closing cost. Those guys have now disappeared.

I am looking for a referral to a good and reputable mortgage broker who can get me around this rate with no closing costs.
