Hello, I am looking for a good, reliable, affordable handyman for my rentals in Sacramento. My husband and I have been managing the properties but would like to have someone on hand for ongoing repairs.

He is a licensed electrician and good general handyman.  Trustworthy and doesn't need micromanaging.
