Manufactured home lending
Hello BiggerPockets!
I am an new investor in Spokane valley wa and I’m looking for a private or hard money lender for help purchasing a new manufactured home. I currently own the land outright with all utilities and will have all prepped for install. Cost for new unit will be around 135k plus 8% tax. Comps in the area for similar properties is around 275-330k . Thanks !
