Rural area investors!!
Any rural investors? I’m in contact with a lady who is extremely motivated to seller her house only problem is I can’t find any hard private money lenders who would fund the deal.
House is 7,119 square feet on 20 acres of land with a pond and a barn house with a one bedroom and bath apartment attached to the barn. House was build I. 2007 original everything, needs a lot of work. 350k for a bid I got on the high end of things but a lot can be saved, few big ticket items are needed but a lot of the work is landscape and cosmetics. She is about 100k behind on taxes. Home is owned free and clear.
I’d like to help her and buy the home or introduce her to someone with enough money them selfs to buy it. Any lenders or buys out there that are interested? Or any advice on what I could do as far as creative financing and getting money for the rehab? The home is in Cleveland Texas, let me know if you are interested.
