Looking for PM and Contractor recommendations in Daytona Beach
I found a property I plan to BRRRR in Daytona Beach. This will be my first investment property and I am looking for a good contractor and PM (company or individual) once complete. Any recommendations is appreciated. I live overseas so ones that can be managed from afar would do best.
