Mortgage Broker/bank Greenpoint NY

Can anyone recommend a reliable mortgage broker/local bank in Greenpoint NY? My partners (brother and sisters) and I inherited an 8 unit residential/commericial building (held in an LLC) and will be rehabing it. There is no lein or mortgage presently on the building, so we wanted to use ~20% of the equity to bring it up to date so we can significantly raise the rents. We have already engaged an architect in creating a reno that will yield back its investment in 5 years or less. Recommendations as per above are welcome as are your thoughts/warnings/comments experiences in this space. Thanks in advance!
