Cincinnati / NKY - Lender Recommendations ?

Hi BP Family!

My lady and I are looking for lender recommendations in the Northern Kentucky (Convington) or Cincinnati area.

We are looking to finance our first deal, but would rather not come out of pocket the 20% that our current contact is quoting us.

Also generally curious which sorts of loan options are available if we actually plan to use the house as a residence (similar to vacation home classification), since we will be in town a bit during the year.
