I am looking for a lender that has a long term 30 year fixed rate rental program and can lend on properties in upstate New York.

Property Values can be as low as $50,000.00

Combined market value of portfolio is $325,000.00

Looking to do a cash out refinance with minimal or no seasoning.

All properties in my portfolio are 1-4 family rental properties that are non-owner occupied and owned by LLCs.
