Hi BiggerPockets Gang! I currently own a Triplex in the heart of Rome next to Shorter University! Fully rented month to month with Long term tenants at $1025/mo. Hey, I get it. The Rents are low. However, this triplex will need to be rehabbed over time and rents will be higher. I am selling it for $70k! If you use the bigger pockets tools you will see just how much this property cash flows.
