*Looking for Tulsa Lender for Refi*

BP fam! I'm looking for a local bank in Tulsa that will do a cash out refinance with no seasoning period. We have a BRRRR in east Tulsa and the rehab is almost finished. The lender we were going to use can no longer support us because the loan size is too small (roughly 80-90k).

PP: 20k

Rehab: 55k

ARV 100-110k

Looking for 80% LTV, sub-5% fixed if possible. Thanks!
