Hi,

I'm a new wholesaler in the market, and I'm trying to evaluate some deals with an excel spreadsheet (MAO) that I've been giving.

I'm not sure about some of the terms in the columns,

If anyone can please help me understand what is:

1. Closing cost

2. Carrying cost

3. Interest

4. Selling closing cost
