Best/lowest-interest-rate financing without 2 years or W-2's?

Posted

I have quite a few clients within my COI that are professional gamblers. A few of them have cashed for 6 figures last year with a couple for even 7 figures. With that said, the best offer we've received for financing has been 30%-35% down with a 640+ credit score and proof of 12 months worth of payments. Does anybody know of a better option than this? Preferably around 10%? Client has a w-2-G (what they give you for your winnings).

@Andrew Garcia - I think you have some answers for @Humberto Sepulveda III

@Chris Choe thank you for the mention.

@Humberto Sepulveda III, there are a few options depending on their scenario. Anyone would need more information prior to qualifying you for a program.

With that being said, those terms do seem a little off-base from where they should be.

If you feel comfortable sharing some more information, feel free to shoot me a message.
