Financial planning software - extra mortgage payments and payoff dates

We presently have 10 homes, each with a loan. Our goal is to retire in 5 years. In order to do so, we are making extra payments on our loans. As one loan is paid off, the extra payment plus the payment from the paid off loan is paid to the next loan in line.

I built an excel spreadsheet that allows me to determine the extra payment necessary to hit our 5 year retirement goal, but it is not as robust as I would like. Does anyone know of any financial planning software that can calculate multiple loan payoff dates resulting from extra payments?
