CPA help Needed

I have a few questions first:

1. Does it make sense to have a CPA with 2 rentals?

2. I didn't do the 1099 this year for my tenants, what would be the best plan for this year and forward?

I'm looking for someone I can build a good working relationship with going forward, highly recommended, and that is a reasonable price for the work being supplied. Hopefully they could help me out throughout the year on tax changes, pointers to help future taxes, etc.

I'll take any information or recommendations.

Thank you in advance!!

Based on your 2nd question, I'd say you're already at the point where you may need guidance from a professional.  Landlords don't 1099 tenants.  I'm wondering what else you're misunderstanding/reporting incorrectly on your tax return.

BiggerPockets now has a CPA referral page:
