Ways to get equity out of my home.

I live/own a mobile home appraised at $255k and I owe  nothing on it, Iv tried multiple ways to pull out the equity and had no luck. Any advice or help would be much appreciated. Okeechobee FL

Talk with your local bank. Don’t take cash out.  Ask them for a working line of credit you will convert to a long term loan against your next investment. Keep sticking with them as you scale. That way you can cross collateralize against your assets and their loan balances.
