Investment Bookkeeping Opportunities

Ashley Lehman
Posted

I'm really interested in getting started in property investment, but I'm struggling to feel confident in knowing where to start.  I'm currently a payroll manager part time and have done other bookkeeping / management jobs, so it was recommended that maybe I find an investor who is needing help managing their books or payroll.  I like this idea as I think it would give me a behind the scenes view of key financial aspects of investing.  I've never managed books for any kind of investor, but I'm a quick learner and excited by the possibility of getting my feet wet in the field of investing.  Any recommendations or advice is valued.  Thank you for your time!

Hey Ashley,

Accounting/Bookkeeping is not my strong suit so maybe we can help each other out.

I run a real estate company in Birmingham AL and I've been in the industry for over a decade.  I'd be willing to teach you the ropes, if you're willing to help me get more proficient with accounting.

I've done over 75 flips in the past 3 years, we manage 300+ doors, and I own 28 long term rentals.  Would be glad to help you!
