How does one find "quality" equity investors for class B or C small multi-family real estate?

typically small multifamily is too small to divide the equity among 'investors'

you could try to find a single local partner - but i would do a bunch of deals yourself first before i would even think about partnering

in any event - i'd start with a house hack
