Receipt Organizing Software?

William Rizer
Posted

Hey everybody! I was just wondering if any of uz (yeah I'm from Philly, "uz" is a word here) were familiar with any receipt organizing apps or software? Preferably free or low cost. I'm a GC, an MLO, as well as an investor so it would save me a bunch of time and most likely some money come tax time if I could utilize a good app where I maybe take a pic of a receipt and send it to a folder or something? Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

In QuickBooks Online you can snap a pic of a receipt in the app, and it’ll attach it to the expense automatically.

If you want something simpler/cheaper, apps like Expensify or Dext are great just for receipt capture.

If you’re already tracking income/expenses, I’d lean QuickBooks so everything stays in one place.
