Upcoming mortgage balloons
Hello everyone
I have four balloon payments coming up soon. I’m trying to decide the best strategy.
Do you think it’s better to refinance each property separately, or do a blanket mortgage on all of them?
And should I get all the equity out or just refinance the debt?
My main goal is to keep full flexibility so I can sell or refinance individual properties whenever I want.
What would you recommend?
