I have some houses that I owner financed and or did a lease option on in the past. Some of these properties have 40 plus in equity. I know that the end game is to have cash flow, however I needs some funds now to take my business to the next level. How do I get some of these properties to refi?

If you wish to entice people to cash you out early offer them a discount on the payoff if they close within a specified period of time.
