Where do you keep cash reserves?
There is no right or wrong answer to this question, but I would be interested to know where you guys keep short to medium term cash that you are holding between deals. That is to say, you sell a property and you have a lump of cash that you'd like to reinvest in the future, but don't won't to invest it within the next couple of months or want to add to for your next acquisition. Savings account, CD, Stocks, Peer lending, or some other creative place. I would think many of us find ourselves in this situation from time to time, and I would be interested to know if anyone has some clever way to actually make a buck in the interim.
