B2R

Hi. I am a home owner. I am trying to get a line of credit using my home. Recently I applied at a local bank and was not approved because the amount of taxes I paid over the last two years was not enough. So I would like to know how can I get a line of credit without my taxes interrupting approval.

Is anyone familiar with B2R financing?

My deal with B2R closed on Friday. There were a few things that happened that I didn't like. On Thursday afternoon I thought the closing was off. I got a call at 1:30 on Thursday afternoon telling me they needed additional information and fees and had to have it by 5:00 or we could not close. Fortunately i was in the car and not in the office because I went ballistic...screaming, f-bombs, etc. People driving around me probably thought I just got out of a mental hospital. Friday morning I got an email saying the terms and fees that I was given on the prior HUD-1 were fine and the closing was on.

My advice would be to watch everything VERY closely and make sure that you know your numbers, because they might mysteriously change....and not in your favor.
