non us resident bank account

Does anyone have opened a U.S bank account who is a foreigner that doesn't live in the u.s?
I'm closing in on my first deal and want to open a bank account so the rental income goes into that bank.
Any foreigner investors here that done that already, i would be happy to hear how you did it.
