Can anyone let me know where they go to find current MFR on the market? I dont see an easy filter on Zillow...Some of the ones on realtor.com show as listed but were off the market months ago??

I have a really tough time finding anything worth looking at on sites like realtor.com, LoopNet, etc. It's like a graveyard of forgotten MF properties. You may want to consider putting in the work to find off-market properties through direct mail/similar tactics. Or take some of your local brokers out for coffee/lunch, and befriend them. They will be able to get you insider info on properties that may not be listed yet. Good luck!
