Cash out refi bad credit
Hi I'm looking to do a cash out refi on my house to pay off debt, my only problem is that we have bad credit. We have somewhere around 100,000 in equity on our house and had collections etc in the past but are cleaning it up now. Was wondering if anyone knows of anyone who can do a cash out refi with bad credit. Doesn't make sense that I have all this equity but can't tap into it to pay off debt. If a bank would look it after the fact, no problem, but not the case. What are my options and I know I've read a little about portfolio loans too.
