Financing my first multi unit

I plan on moving to Florida in a few months. I will be selling a house I own outright In PA. I plan on buying a multi-unit ( up to 4 units) in FL. I will be switching careers also . How hard will it be for me to acquire financing for my new investment property? I can come up with at least 20% as a down payment and possibly plan on living in one of the units .

@Justin Petrides it won’t be hard at all as long as you remain in the same line of work, how your paid is also a big determining factor in this scenario as well.
