Hi all, I recently listened to Bigger Pockets Money podcast - Oct 7th episode about CFPs (Certified Financial Planners). Lots of good information. Does anyone recommend a good fee only CFP in Sacramento, CA. (Bonus if they are a CPA and deal with rental properties). I’m looking to get a one time consultation to help strategize my goals and also deal with the new tax laws. TIA
