Heloc what banks will approve for 90% Ltv?

Question

Is 80% of LTV minus your loan the most you can get for a HELOC or a cash out refi?

Does anyone know any banks that would do 90% of LTV?

How much is considered a good DTI?

Hancock-Whitney does (or at least they did 18ish months ago), but your credit score and DTI need to be pretty stellar.

This is an extremely general question so you may not get much help from the forums. Try checking with local credit unions and smaller community banks to see who'll do a HELOC that high.
