SREO/PFS templates for commercial lending
Hi BP members. I'm looking to do my first commercial loan and the lenders all are asking for a personal financial statement(PFS) and a statement of real estate owned (SREO). One of the folks I spoke with send me one but it has their branding on it. Is there a good template for these that I could fill out and then hand out to anyone I want to work with later?
