Should I get a CPA now or later?

I am new to the Dallas area and I am trying to figure out if I should get a CPA or not.

If by later, you mean January-April, that will likely be too late to find a good one.

It's definitely recommended to start the convo now so by the time the new year rolls around, you are ready to rock and roll.

Forming a relationship with a tax professional is good to do early in your REI career. Whether or not you need that tax professional to be a CPA I can't say.

Start finding one now! This is a great place to ask for referrals for someone that will match your needs. Hiring a CPA was the single best thing that we've done for our business. A good CPA will save you more money than you will pay them for their education and services!
