Rehab Valuator program

Hello all,

So I submitted my HELOC app and soon will try to get more property. I found a great program to help me "make sure the numbers make sense." My question is does anyone have any experience with the rehab valuator website. I've been putting some numbers in, but I get 0% on roi🥺

If anyone can help me read this and some advice on things I should be looking for within the program I would greatly appreciate it!
