Best book for college graduate?

Question

I’m looking to gift a book to a couple college graduates in my family but not sure which one. I think very highly of Rich Dad Poor Dad and The Richest Man in Babylon but I would like something targeted more to there age and financial status (beginners). Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

I agree with @Nicholas Gessner.  Set for Life by @Scott Trench is fantastic.  That book would have likely saved me from making my “biggest financial mistake” of buying an expensive vehicle straight out of college (and so much more).

@Cedrick Mahieux compiled this list, https://www.biggerpockets.com/files/user/CedrickM2/file/famous-four-analysis-january-2013-2020, and in it there are slides which shows what BP podcast guests have mentioned being their favorite RE book and non-RE book. I think that's a great list from some successful investors, can't miss with any of those on the top 10.

Personally, I like How to Win Friends and Influence Others, if I was to choose 1 book to gift a grad.

Get them a thumb indexed nice leather bond Bible. I have a guy that I’m hiring to bind one for my son in Alligator. It should last him for years.

Thanks Ujwal for the recommendation. I would definitely start with a mindset book so they get the entrepreneurial vision. I think you can't go wrong with any of the ones listed here so far. Personally Rich Dad, Poor Dad and The One Thing have been eye/mind/brain openers to me

Another good one I read recently was Set for Life by Scott Trench. It gives a good outline of how to set yourself up from start to finish
